Go Bobcats!!! Wow what an amazing day! The Lada Ladies set up shop at our alma mater, Texas State University! The students did not disappoint! We sold out of our tacos by 11 am and then had a line waiting for our Chicken 'Lada Wraps!! You guys it was an AMAH-zing day! We were so busy that I wasn't even able to get a chance to take many photos!! So I guess you are going to have to take my word for it! 😉 We sold Bacon & Egg, Chorizo & Egg, and Bean & Cheese tacos! Man we stayed constantly busy we had to pause taking orders to catch up!
Then for lunch we sold our signature Chicken 'Lada Wraps, and the best part is we had people who knew us and were excited to eat our food again!! It was so humid and the wind wasn't being too generous, but it didn't stop those students from stopping by our booth on their way to class! So it looks like we will definitely be returning at a later date! So enjoy our (few) photos and see you at the next event!!

Hey friends! Wow! What an event! We just participated in the San Marcos Pride Fest this past weekend and it was a BLAST! Also, the Coffee Gods above blessed me with being placed right next to the Starbucks Booth and they were offering FREE iced coffee and Passion Iced Tea ALL DAY LONG!! It was AMAZING!! So let's just say I was in Coffee Bliss all day and wide awake to enjoy the Festival!

So, we met so many nice people and enjoyed the greatest entertainment they had to offer! Those Drag Queens were the best, they put on one heck of a show! I swear I have problems walking in my tennis shoes and they were running, jumping and dancing in 6-inch heels!

Nina Diaz also performed with her band. She used to be part of the Girl in a Coma band and she is currently doing a solo project! It was great to see her perform and we even got to meet her after the concert.

Anyhoo, we sold our Fried  'Lada Rolls along with our Chips & Queso. Our Fried 'Lada Rolls were a HIT! We were so glad since this was our first time offering them to the public!

Next weekend we will be in Lockhart, Texas to celebrate Diez y Seis! Until then enjoy our slideshow!
